BOOK A CONFERENCE
The team here at Skånska Möten has extensive experience in booking conferences.
We save you time and energy by proposing suitable, available venues for your event, and if you have any special requirements we will make sure we include them. We welcome an open conversation, in order for us to suggest the perfect venue for you.
Our office hours are weekdays between 08.30 and 16.30. We accept your request within a few hours and send you a proposal the same day. If for some reason we are unable to, we will let you know.
If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please email us on info@skanskamoten.se as your request may not have reached us. Our service is complimentary to you, instead we charge a commission to the venue.
TIPS FOR YOUR CONFERENCE
PURPOSE
Ask yourselves what the purpose is for your event. Who are the delegates? Is it a leadership committee setting new company strategies? If so, it may be important for them to be undisturbed, perhaps even the only client at the venue.
REQUIREMENTS
Do you have specific technology requirements? Do all delegates need to use a laptop?
ACTIVITIES
Some sort of activity is a great addition to your event. Our venues offer a great selection of activities that will suit everyone.
